Last Updated: December 8th, 2025
1. Website Use and Access
Welcome to Metal-CreditCard.com (“MCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including our premium custom metal credit card conversion services, artwork customization platform, and custom metal payment card products (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.
You are granted temporary, revocable permission to access and browse Metal-CreditCard.com. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withdraw or modify any Service or product offering without notice. We may restrict access to parts of the Website or the entire Website at any time.
This Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. MCC has no control over such sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
2. Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using this Website, you consent to all practices described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Website or Services to:
-
Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
-
Upload, transmit, or introduce any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
-
Attempt to hack, probe, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.
-
Infringe any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of MCC or any third party.
-
Post or transmit abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive content.
-
Send unsolicited promotional content or spam.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to the Website and Services and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
4. Intellectual Property and Content
All intellectual property on Metal-CreditCard.com, including but not limited to images, logos, text, software, graphics, and design layouts, is owned by or licensed to MCC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and use Website content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, duplication, distribution, resale, or other commercial use of the Website content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Custom Artwork License and Usage
By submitting artwork, images, logos, or designs (“Artwork”) for use in connection with a custom metal card order, you represent and warrant that:
-
You are the owner of the Artwork, or
-
You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use the Artwork for the requested purpose.
Upon approval of your design and submission of your order, you grant Metal-CreditCard.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and publicly offer your approved Artwork as part of our custom metal card offerings, including but not limited to Website galleries, marketing materials, product showcases, and sales platforms.
If you require exclusive rights or do not wish for your Artwork to be offered or displayed publicly, you must request an exclusivity agreement in writing prior to production. Additional licensing or exclusivity fees may apply and must be agreed in writing before your order is produced.
By proceeding with a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to these Artwork terms.
5. Ordering, Pricing, and Payments
(a) Order Process
Orders are considered accepted by MCC only when you receive an official payment confirmation email from us or from our designated payment provider on our behalf. Quotes, draft invoices, and order acknowledgments do not constitute binding agreements until payment has been confirmed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your order (including shipping address and contact details) is accurate and complete.
(b) Payment Methods
Because each order is a fully custom, made-to-order product, we use secure, reputable third-party payment providers to process payments.
Current accepted payment methods may include, but are not limited to:
-
PayPal™
-
Bank transfer / Zelle™ (where available)
-
Select digital wallet or app-based payment platforms such as Apple Cash™ / Apple Pay™ or Venmo™, where indicated at checkout
-
Other methods that may be listed during checkout or in your order confirmation email
The exact payment methods available may change over time and may vary by country or region.
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers, which may have their own terms of use and privacy policies. By using these services, you agree to be bound by their respective terms and policies. MCC does not receive or store your full bank login credentials and typically does not store your full credit or debit card number when you pay through these providers.
Payment is generally captured at the time you place your order. We begin design and production only after we receive confirmation of successful payment.
All prices and payments are typically in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If you pay from a non-USD account, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees. MCC is not responsible for such third-party charges.
(c) Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error or discrepancy, we will notify you before proceeding. MCC reserves the right to cancel any order that results from a pricing error, with a full refund of any amounts already paid.
(d) Delivery and Shipping
Production and delivery times vary based on:
-
The complexity of your custom Artwork and design approval process.
-
The time it takes for your physical card to arrive at our production lab.
-
Our current production volume.
Estimated production and transit times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to third-party carriers, customs, force majeure events (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or carrier disruptions), or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of MCC.
Once your order ships, we will typically provide tracking information via email. Risk of loss for shipped items transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
(e) Cancellations and Refunds
Because each custom metal credit card is a personalized, made-to-order product, the following general policies apply:
-
Before Design Work / Production Begins:
If you contact us to cancel before design work has begun or before Artwork has been created or modified, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel the order and issue a full or partial refund, less any non-refundable transaction or administrative fees. -
After Design Work / Artwork Approval / Production Begins:
Once custom Artwork has been created, approved by you, or production has started on your order, your order is considered customized and in process. At this stage, cancellations may not be possible and all sales are generally final. -
After Completion / Delivery:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:-
Change of mind
-
Design dissatisfaction when the final product matches your approved Artwork
-
Incompatibility with your card issuer’s policies discovered after the fact
-
If there is a clear defect in workmanship or an engraving/production error attributable to MCC that causes the finished product not to match the approved Artwork, we will review the issue in good faith. At our discretion, we may repair or remake the card or offer another reasonable remedy. You must notify us and provide clear photographs and details within a reasonable time after receiving your order.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
(f) Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly first if you experience any issues with your order. Most concerns can be resolved faster and more efficiently by working with us than by immediately filing a dispute with your payment provider.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:
-
We will provide the payment provider with documentation, including your order details, approved Artwork proofs, communication records, and shipping confirmation.
-
Because our products are fully custom, unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested. Repeated or improper disputes may result in your being restricted from placing future orders.
You agree not to misuse the chargeback process and to give MCC a reasonable opportunity to address any concerns before escalating a dispute.
6. Relationship to Card Issuers
Metal-CreditCard.com:
-
Is not a bank,
-
Does not issue payment cards, and
-
Does not extend credit, change your credit line, or modify your account terms.
Your existing bank, credit union, or card issuer (collectively, your “Issuer”) remains solely responsible for:
-
Your account,
-
Your available credit or funds,
-
Interest rates, fees, rewards, and other account terms, and
-
Authorization or decline of any transaction.
Before using our Services, you should review your cardholder agreement and/or contact your Issuer to confirm whether they permit third-party personalization or modification of your card body. By placing an order with MCC, you represent that your Issuer allows such personalization or that you accept any risk associated with it.
MCC is not responsible for any decision by your Issuer to:
-
Replace your card,
-
Close or restrict your account, or
-
Assess any fees or consequences related to your use of a third-party personalization service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree that:
-
You are the authorized cardholder, or you have full legal authority to submit the card for personalization.
-
You will comply with:
-
Your cardholder agreement with your Issuer, and
-
All applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
-
You are responsible for securing your card and account, which includes:
-
Locking, freezing, or otherwise securing your card before mailing it to us, as appropriate.
-
Promptly notifying your Issuer if your card is lost, stolen, or compromised.
-
Coordinating with your Issuer regarding any replacement cards or changes to your account number, expiration date, or chip.
If your Issuer changes your card details, your custom metal card may no longer match your updated account, and a new personalization order may be required.
MCC is not liable for unauthorized use of your card or account arising from your failure to secure your card or follow your Issuer’s instructions.
8. No Guarantee of Acceptance
While many customers successfully use their upgraded custom metal credit cards at standard EMV chip and magnetic stripe terminals, MCC cannot guarantee that every merchant, payment terminal, ATM, or financial institution will accept a personalized metal card.
Acceptance depends on factors outside our control, including:
-
Your Issuer’s policies,
-
The configuration and condition of individual terminals, and
-
Merchant-specific acceptance rules.
Some features, such as contactless/tap-to-pay capabilities, may not function identically once your card has been personalized into a metal body. We generally recommend using your mobile wallet (Apple Pay™, Google Pay™, etc.) for contactless payments when supported by your Issuer and device.
9. Card Manufacturing and Wear Expectations
MCC uses high-quality stainless steel cores and other premium materials to create custom metal credit card upgrades. Due to the nature of metal, minor scuffs or scratches may occur during normal use at point-of-sale terminals, ATMs, and card readers. This is normal and considered acceptable wear and tear.
Each product undergoes internal quality control inspections. Minor surface imperfections or variations may be present and are within acceptable production tolerances.
If you believe your card has a defect that falls outside normal manufacturing tolerances, please contact our customer support with photos and a description of the issue.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Website and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
MCC does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
-
MCC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall MCC’s total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services exceed the amount you actually paid to MCC for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, but will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Trademarks and Third-Party References
All third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, and images appearing on our Website are the property of their respective owners. Any such references are used solely to describe our Services (for example, to indicate compatibility or to describe the type of cards that can be personalized) and do not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with MCC unless expressly stated.
MCC does not claim any rights in third-party trademarks and does not reproduce or sell unauthorized replicas of trademarked or proprietary card designs.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metal-CreditCard.com, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
-
Your use or misuse of the Website or Services,
-
Your breach of these Terms,
-
Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or
-
Your misuse of Artwork or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to Terms
MCC may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
Your continued use of the Website or Services after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and Services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, the Website, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
(If you relocate your legal home to Florida and form a Florida LLC, you may wish to revise this section to Florida law and courts. Have a licensed attorney review and finalize.)
