To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a printed receipt or printed proof of purchase. PLEASE PRINT YOUR RECEIPT, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please provide your order number with your email request for a return. DO NOT Ship your purchase back to the manufacturer WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION from MCC admins.

MCC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original shipping condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to manufacturing error.
- Cancellation on non-completed orders within 30 days.
Once your return parcel is received, we will send you an email notification. Once your card return has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus shipping fees) will be applied to your original payment method, within seven to ten business days from the date of approval.
Shipping fees applied to process a clients’ order are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund processed by MCC will include a deduction for shipping fees utilized to process the original order; no exceptions.
Premium Custom Engraved Cards (third-party design teams)
Due to the nature of the approval process of a clients “Commissioned Artwork”, each card design is approved by the client and sent to the laboratory by our third-party design teams. A client’s expressed approval constitutes acceptance of the custom commissioned order and is non-refundable. Therefore, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on client-approved artwork.
Cancellations (basic & custom card orders)
Cancellations of paid non-completed orders before 29 days will be subject to a 65% cancellation fee of the purchase price; shipping fees are non-refundable.
There are absolutely No Refunds AFTER 30 days.
Payments completed via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal within seven to ten business days of the recorded cancellation date.
All other payments will be refunded by our parent company. A company check will be mailed to the address on file within seven to ten business days on the recorded cancellation date.
We only exchange cards if they are defective. If you need to exchange your card, send us an email at customerservice@Metal-CreditCard.com

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
