Why do we require the cards to match?

Simple. Imagine going to a store where you hand over your awesome metal card to the person behind the counter. The metal card screams exclusivity! BUT! When they swipes the card for payment it indicates VISA on the display; as well as on the printed receipt. This would be very suspicious, weird and could get you denied services by the merchant. Best to just avoid that completely. Please be sure to match the plastic card to your eBay replica.
