Because every custom metal credit card we produce is a one-of-one, we treat shipping and handling with the same care as the rest of the process.
Below is an overview of how we handle domestic and international shipping, processing times, and responsibilities.
Order Processing Time

Design & Artwork Approval

For custom artwork orders, our design team will contact you within 12–24 hours of your order to begin the artwork process.

Production does not begin until you approve your final design.

Production Time

Once we have your approved artwork and your physical card in hand, typical production time is 3–7 business days, depending on workload and complexity of your order.

These timeframes are estimates and do not include transit time with the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
For orders shipping within the United States:

We primarily use USPS Priority Mail or comparable tracked services from other national carriers.

Typical transit time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

A flat shipping fee is applied at checkout and will be shown before you complete your payment.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
International Shipping
For international customers, we typically ship using:

USPS International Priority / Express, or
-
Comparable express services from FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination.
Estimated transit times are generally 3–10 business days, but can vary based on customs clearance and local postal services.
A flat international shipping fee (e.g., $75) is applied at checkout to help cover the cost of express international services. This fee does not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage charges that may be assessed by your country.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges (International Orders)

Import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and other customs-related charges are not included in your purchase price or our standard shipping fee.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you are unsure what charges may apply, please contact your country’s customs office before placing an order.
Metal-CreditCard.com cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare misleading values for customs purposes.
Shipping Your Plastic Card to MCC
Because our service involves personalizing your existing payment card into a metal body, you are responsible for safely getting your plastic card to our production lab:

You must use a tracked, insured shipping service when sending your card to us.

We strongly recommend locking, freezing, or otherwise securing your card before shipment and coordinating with your issuer as needed.

Until your card arrives at our facility, it is in the custody of your chosen carrier and you bear the risk of loss or damage in transit.
Our shipping responsibility begins once we ship your completed metal card and, where applicable, any returned items from our lab back to you using a tracked service.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We do our best to assist when there are shipping issues, but some factors are outside our control.

If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors, building managers, or household members;

Contact the carrier directly to open a trace or claim.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit from us to you, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s policies and investigation.
Because each custom metal credit card is a made-to-order item, we handle re-shipments or remakes on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your shipment is lost or damaged.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order:

We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may be required to reship your package.
