You have 30 days from your purchase date to submit a request to refund or cancel your order for a refund or partial refund.

There are absolutely NO refunds after 30 days.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• You must provide a printed receipt or printed proof of purchase.
  Please print your receipt, no exceptions.
• Include your order number in your email request.
• Do not ship your return without prior confirmation from MCC administrators.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Once submitted, MCC administrators will respond within 24 hours or the next business day.

MCC assumes no responsibility for returns received without prior confirmation.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including:

• Any item not in its original shipping condition, or is damaged, or missing parts for reasons
  not due to manufacturing error.
• Cancellation of non-completed orders within 30 days (see “Cancellations” below).

Refunds (Approved Returns)

Once your return parcel is received, we will send you an email notification. After your returned item has been inspected,
we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within
seven to ten (7–10) business days from the date of approval.

Important: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

Shipping and Handling Fee Deduction (Flat Rate)

Shipping and handling costs used to process an order are NON-REFUNDABLE.

For all approved returns and refunds, Metal-CreditCard.com will deduct a
flat $25 shipping and handling fee from the refund amount.
This replaces any calculation of actual outbound shipping costs. No exceptions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to MCC. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Premium Custom Engraved Cards (Third-Party Design Teams)

Due to the nature of the approval process for “Commissioned Artwork,” each card design is reviewed and approved by the client before production.
A client’s expressed approval constitutes acceptance of the custom commissioned order.

Because of the custom nature of these products, client-approved artwork is generally non-refundable.

In the limited event that Metal-CreditCard.com approves a return for a Custom Engraved Card,
a flat $75 custom processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

This fee covers design labor, production preparation, and handling associated with the custom order.

Cancellations (Basic and Custom Card Orders)

• Cancellations of paid, non-completed orders submitted within 30 days are subject to a
  65% cancellation fee of the purchase price.
• A flat $25 shipping and handling fee will also be deducted from any approved cancellation refund.
• There are absolutely NO refunds after 30 days.

How refunds are issued by payment type

• PayPal: Refunded via PayPal within 7–10 business days of the recorded cancellation date.
• Credit or debit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 7–10 business days of the recorded cancellation date.
• Zelle or other peer-to-peer payments: Refunded via the same method once valid refund details are confirmed by the customer.
  Processing begins after MCC receives the required information.
• All other payments: Refunded by our parent company. A company check will be mailed to the address on file within
  7–10 business days of the recorded cancellation date.

Exchanges

We only exchange cards if they are defective. To request an exchange, email us at

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
MCC does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank account first. Processing times may vary before a refund posts.
2. Contact your credit card company. It may take additional time for the credit to officially post.
