Custom Metal Credit Card Production During #NewCOVID19

We are witnessing a moment in history unlike anything ever seen before. I am torn between the desire to keep the website up and serve those clients who have placed orders with us while continuing to keep the lights on for my staff who depend on our businesses for their livelihoods, and the critical need to do our part in helping to fight against this global health crisis (NewCOVID_19).

This is by far one of the hardest moments I have ever navigated as a business owner. Either choice will have an impact on many lives. I aim to do what is best for my staff and our clients.

As of 03/16/2020:

Online Customer Service hours will NOT change.
Call Center hours will remain the same; Yet Customer Service & Sales department agents will be limited.
Our production laboratory in Southern California will remain OPEN with limited staffing.

Part-time laboratory staff will rotate on a weekly basis to spend time with their families. Meanwhile, a small team, consisting of myself and other senior staff, will continue processing both U.S. Domestic and International orders.

In recent weeks, we implemented enhanced cleaning procedures to our already stringent sanitation protocol and have taken additional steps to support the cleanliness of our finished products.

We here at MCC fully understand the critical necessity of our clients personal debit or credit cards during this crisis. Limited staffing will slow the production process down by one (1) to two (2) additional business days; but we will ensure all orders are processed and QC’d to the highest standards.

We will continue to monitor information from our local governments and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to best protect our staff and clients.
