New for 2018!: PAY LATER Option:
This option allows clients to pay a flat rate for the metal card upgrading service. Customer Service will contact clients to arrange payment within 12 to 24 hours, after their order is submitted online.
Payment options are as follows:
1) Bank Money Order or Cashier’s Check: Client will be dispatched security envelopes to transport their plastic card to MCC laboratory for processing. Client will include payment with their plastic card.
2) Venmo® Payment: Client will be dispatched security envelopes to transport their plastic card to MCC laboratory for processing. Client will make a one-time flat fee payment to the a Venmo account provided by Customer Service.
If either of these options do not suit the clients needs, the client retains the right to cancel the order.
Keep in mind your order with MCC is covered by a comprehensive warranty; i.e. market comprises & card failures, etc. See the link HERE to review the warranty policy.
Otherwise, customer service will contact the client directly to arrange payment.
