Out of State Processing
A Step by Step Guide
Step 1) Place order online and choose one of the following shipping/processing options:
Option #1 Free Out-of-State Shipping & California Free Shipping
(Also applies to outside LA County|Orange County orders)
Order completed in less than 7 to 9 business days, from the day you ship your plastic card to our lab.
Two security envelopes are shipped to you. One to transport your plastic card to our laboratory for processing. Completed order is shipped back to you by USPS Priority mail w/tracking.
Option #2 Out-of-State EXPRESS Return Shipping $50
(Also applies to outside LA County|Orange County Orders)
Order completed in less than 4 to 6 business days, from the day you ship your plastic card to our lab.
Two security envelopes are shipped to you. One to transport your plastic card to our laboratory for processing. Completed order is shipped back to you by USPS Priority Express mail w/tracking.
Shipping:
Step 2) Use our prepaid shipping security envelope to send us either of following (See List Below)
1) The original plastic bank card/debit card/credit card/ATM card (we require the card frozen or locked while in transit to our laboratory; this is for client data safety)
or…
2) An unactivated replacement card from your banking/card institution. (Request a replacement card from your Bank or CC Company. Then send the new unactivated card to our laboratory for processing. This allows you to keep your old active card and create a new metal card at the same time)
The original debit/credit or replacement card is required to transfer the magnetic coding from one card to the other, without it the new card will NOT function.
Orders that have purchased the BETA EMV Chip Swap™ procedure are required to ship their plastic card to the production laboratory; No Exceptions.
Once your parcel is received, we will notify you that your parcel has arrived and we will begin production of your new metal card. Immediately after finalizing, we will ship both the old and new card back to you via the shipping option chosen.
The entire process may take less than 7 to 10 business days to complete via USPS Priority Mail. (Completion time is estimated, those clients that live closer to California will see a faster turnaround process)
USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS Mail is Guaranteed 1 to 2 business days by the USPS. Our time table is based on the amount of time clients will be without their cards. We indicate 4 to 6 business days to allow for delays on the part of the USPS.
